These Terms & Conditions govern your use of g2gbar.ca and any purchases made through our online store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. About Us

G2G Bar Canada operates g2gbar.ca, an online store selling refrigerated protein bars for the Canadian market. G2G Bar is a product of Good2Go Nutrition. Our Canadian operations are separate from the US store at g2gbar.com.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD)
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout
  • Orders are subject to product availability
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, with a full refund issued
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and authorized

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Canada only
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • G2G Bars are shipped with cold packs to maintain freshness in transit
  • Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control

4. Perishable Products & Food Safety

G2G Bars are perishable, refrigerated food products. Upon delivery:

  • Refrigerate immediately upon receipt
  • Do not consume bars that appear damaged, have an off smell, or are past their best-before date
  • We are not responsible for product quality if storage instructions are not followed after delivery

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@g2gbar.ca with your order number and photos. We will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program is governed by separate affiliate terms provided at registration. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to approval and may be terminated at any time for violation of program terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on g2gbar.ca — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of G2G Bar / Good2Go Nutrition and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our site and products are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of information on our site or the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond what is stated on product packaging.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, G2G Bar Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Utah and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Canada.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
