A fresh beginning
One simple idea.

G2G started in 2010 with a simple belief: protein bars should be made from real food and taste really good. As a family-owned business, that idea has guided us from the beginning.
So we did things a little differently. We made our bars fresh and kept them refrigerated, putting real ingredients and great taste at the heart of every recipe.
Today, we still make our bars in small batches, with the same care that started it all. And we bring that goodness to doorsteps across Canada.

Absolutely. Keep your bars refrigerated for peak freshness, then grab one when you head out. G2G bars can be out of the fridge for up to 30 days.
